What do I do if I can't connect to a database, or get an error message?

Please let us know about your problem via email. Please include the following in your message:

1. Your location (on-campus or off-campus?)
2. The name of the database
3. The name of the web browser you're using (E.g. Chrome, Firefox, MS Edge, Safari)
4. A screenshot of any error message you receive
