I tried to login to PitchBook and am getting an "account inactive" message. Help?

If you see that message or a similar error message, it's because PitchBook resets all user accounts in early May of each year since their academic license prohibits use during internships and by graduated students.  If you are (1) a continuing student, and (2) are not working in an internship, contact us at reference-librarians@fuqua.duke.edu for assistance regaining access.

Do not contact PitchBook Support directly. They'll only refer you back to us for assistance.
