Where do I find a company's record of stock splits and dividends?

Use Bloomberg , an online system available in the Ford Library.
Type the ticker symbol, then hit the EQUITY key, type dvd and hit GO.
Example: IBM hit EQUITY Key dvd hit GO
You will get a history of stock splits and dividends for that company.

Yahoo Finance also has dividend information in its historical prices section.
