What do I do if I have a VPN connection turned on and I still can't connect to the desired database?

You can usually resolve this issue by clearing your browser's cache and cookies completely (for all time / Everything), and then exiting and re-starting your browser.

You may also have accidentally accepted a default VPN Group instead of choosing the Fuqua School of Business Group. Disconnect from your VPN connection and select the correct group when re-connecting.  You can review this post on our blog for detailed instructions.
