You can usually resolve this issue by clearing your browser's cache and cookies completely (for all time / Everything), and then exiting and re-starting your browser.
You may also have accidentally accepted a default VPN Group instead of choosing the Fuqua School of Business (Fuqua students, faculty, & staff) group, or the Library Resources (all other Duke users) group.
Disconnect from your VPN connection and select the one of the two groups noted above when re-connecting.
